About the role
The Resource Center Manager leads the development and implementation of programs that enhance operational and financial performance across Greystar’s property management portfolio. This role centralizes administrative processes, supporting community operations with tasks such as delinquency management, invoice processing, lease renewals, and month‑end accounting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized processes, tools, policies, and metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Provide input on operating policies that promote best practices across the real‑estate portfolio.
- Develop and deliver training, tools, and systems to embed best practices within the Resource Center.
- Act as primary liaison with multiple departments to onboard communities onto the Resource Center platform.
- Ensure onboarded communities are fully functional and optimized within the Resource Center.
- Oversee daily activities of direct reports, maintaining high levels of operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large‑scale operational initiatives in real‑estate or property‑management environments.
- Strong ability to define and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to coordinate across functional teams.
- Leadership experience supervising teams and driving performance improvements.
