Resident Concierge – The Riverie

About the role

The Resident Concierge at The Riverie provides front‑line support to prospects, residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience in the community. This role acts as a central information hub for local market resources and coordinates a variety of resident services and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait.
• Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team member, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for each arrival.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist the community team with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with prospects, residents and visitors.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and logs.
• Effective communication skills for phone handling and resident notifications.
