About the role

Real Kapital Solutions LLC is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to work remotely in the Florida real‑estate market. You will engage with prospects, negotiate deals and help grow the company’s portfolio while operating from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and conduct sales calls in English.
• Negotiate real‑estate transactions and present solutions to meet client needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with clear spoken communication.
• Natural negotiator with strong communication abilities.
• Ambitious, goal‑oriented and driven by results.
• Responsible, proactive, eager to learn and able to work full‑time.
