Remote Recruitment Specialist – Home Care

About the role

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to source and onboard Certified Home Health Aides. The role manages the full recruitment cycle, from outreach and pre‑screening to onboarding and placement, while handling high‑volume outbound calls and maintaining accurate applicant records.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit Certified Home Health Aides through cold calling, leads, referrals and other sources.
• Conduct outbound calls, explain employment opportunities, onboarding requirements and the recruitment process.
• Pre‑screen caregivers based on experience, availability, location, language and case suitability.
• Manage applicants through the entire recruitment and onboarding workflow, ensuring timely completion of documentation.
• Collect, review and follow up on employment and compliance documents, scheduling orientations, physicals and training.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and update the recruitment system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to transition caregivers to placement.

Required profile

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing or healthcare recruiting, preferably with Home Health Aides.
• Ability to handle high‑volume calls and manage multiple applicants simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and follow‑up skills with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using ATS or CRM recruitment management systems.
• Proficiency with Windows 10+ operating system and standard business tools.
