About the role

Join Kelly as a Remote Recruiter supporting professional and industrial staffing across the United States. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a variety of positions, working Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm CST/EST from any US location.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen passive and active candidates via job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptable, resilient, and capable of thriving in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Bullhorn applicant tracking system (ATS).
