About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Entry-Level Training Coordinator to support our client’s learning and development initiatives. This position will help organize employee training programs, schedule sessions, and maintain accurate training records while working fully remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules and learning sessions for employees.
  • Maintain attendance logs, training records, and related documentation.
  • Communicate training details to participants and stakeholders.
  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and compliance tracking.
  • Support both virtual and in‑person training events.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
  • Manage training calendars and handle scheduling requests.
  • Generate reports on training progress and program updates.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding training.
  • Help administer the learning management system (LMS).

Required profile

  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, HR, or support roles.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
