Remote Enrollment Specialist – U.S. Business Hours

About the role

We are a fast‑growing network of early‑childhood schools looking for a persuasive Enrollment Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding them from initial inquiry through to enrollment while working during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and web chat.
• Build relationships with prospective families, answer questions, and provide detailed information about our programs.
• Schedule campus tours and follow‑up consultations, managing calendars efficiently.
• Collaborate with on‑site school leadership to ensure a smooth transition for new families.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Native‑level or near‑native English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or customer acquisition.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle high‑volume leads.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency.
