About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Call Campaign Specialist to join our outbound outreach team. The role focuses on contacting prospective customers, managing lead information, and scheduling appointments for licensed insurance agents during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound calling campaigns using an automated dialer system.
• Engage prospects following provided scripts and schedule appointments.
• Record call outcomes and update lead details in the CRM.
• Meet daily call volume and booking targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team discussions.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills
