Remote Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation)

About the role

We are a growing civil litigation firm seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Associate Attorney to work 100% remotely. You will provide high‑quality legal services across commercial, insurance, and personal injury matters while enjoying flexibility and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in commercial and insurance litigation.
• Handle and litigate complex bodily injury, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies.
• Stay informed about relevant legislation and regulations.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate case options.
• Potentially handle construction defect cases based on experience and interest.

Required profile

• Barred in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico (residence not required).
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 4 years of attorney experience.
• Proven experience in legal advice, depositions, and commercial litigation.
• Experience with complex bodily injury, insurance defense, and wrongful death cases.
• Familiarity with construction defect cases and trial experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
