About the role

We are looking for a highly energetic Appointment Setter to join a California‑based business brokerage firm. The role focuses on contacting warm leads, qualifying potential business sellers, and setting up meaningful conversations for our brokers. This is a remote, part‑time position with the possibility of becoming full‑time based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads supplied by lead‑generation services.
• Follow up with prospects interested in selling their business.
• Conduct initial screening, gather relevant information, and qualify leads.
• Document conversations and lead details in the CRM.
• Send professional follow‑up emails and maintain consistent communication.
• Assist with appointment follow‑ups and information gathering after appointments are scheduled.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency with clear pronunciation and minimal accent.
• High‑energy, confident, and personable demeanor.
• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls to business owners.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and rapport‑building skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
