Remote Appointment Setter – ET Hours

About the role

Wood + Water, a Raleigh‑based kitchen and bath design studio, is expanding its referral network. We need a confident communicator to initiate conversations with architects, designers, builders and other potential partners, qualify leads and schedule discovery calls.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and other prospective partners.
• Introduce Wood + Water’s services and explain how we support kitchen and bath projects.
• Set appointments, discovery calls or follow‑up conversations.
• Research, organize and maintain lead lists.
• Record accurate notes on calls, outcomes, follow‑ups and next steps.
• Follow up via phone, email or messaging as needed.
• Use scripts, refine messaging based on results and track daily activity.
• Represent Wood + Water professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, sales support, lead generation or telemarketing.
• Excellent spoken English and comfort making frequent outbound calls.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay organized with follow‑ups.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience with B2B appointment setting or the design/remodeling industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Effective use of email and call‑tracking tools.
