About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver direct nursing care to clients in a crisis stabilization unit, supporting their recovery journey within a behavioral health setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians’ orders and care standards.
• Supervise and direct non‑licensed personnel in client care and unit operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support clients’ recovery journeys.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Current California RN licensure.
• CPR and first‑aid certification.
• Ability to supervise staff and work cooperatively with team members.
• Preferred experience in mental health nursing, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
