Registered Nurse – Home Health with $15k Sign-On Bonus

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of a nursing plan of care for each assigned patient, working under the direction of the physician.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient health needs and responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive documentation and quality care.
• Maintain patient and staff confidentiality, adhere to policies, and support a healthy work environment through effective communication and collaboration.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Arizona RN license (or compact state RN license).
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or obtain within 20 days of hire).
• Arizona driver’s license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• 1–2 years of acute‑care nursing or home‑health experience.
