Registered Nurse – Day Shift (12h) – $5k Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

Join a leading inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Los Angeles as a full‑time Registered Nurse on a 12‑hour day shift. You will work alongside a Nursing Assistant to deliver coordinated patient care and benefit from a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with a Nursing Assistant to manage a manageable case load.
• Receive admissions and transfers, performing initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document care accurately and timely using the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on care plans.

Required profile

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS certification at hire.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• BSN degree or enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
• Clinical nursing experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
