Regional Sales Manager, Midwest

About the role

Beacon Biosignals is building the next generation of home‑based diagnostics that combine EEG and cardiopulmonary signals. The Regional Sales Manager will own the Midwest territory, driving adoption of the Beacon HST platform across sleep labs, health systems and clinical research sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own full Midwest territory performance, including pipeline creation, deal progression, revenue attainment and forecast accuracy.
• Develop new business and expand strategic accounts across sleep labs, IDTFs, health systems and multi‑site clinical organizations.
• Translate clinical differentiation of EEG‑based diagnostics into clear value propositions for physicians, administrators and technical stakeholders.
• Execute high‑impact product demonstrations and support clinical validation in real‑world environments.
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Zoho, ensuring accurate opportunity staging and revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, with at least 4 years in sleep, cardiopulmonary or neurology‑adjacent diagnostics.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field‑based territory role.
• Demonstrated ability to sell into complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles.
• Strong clinical curiosity and the ability to explain diagnostic differentiation without overcomplicating the message.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
