Regional Property Manager – San Diego & Inland Empire

About the role

The Regional Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential properties across the San Diego and Inland Empire region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and high tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market, and operational reports to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support leaders to drive asset and team performance.
• Implement local and national operational initiatives and ensure adoption across properties.
• Manage budgets, prepare performance reports, and present metrics to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly, and run retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams on marketing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy.
• Oversee maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulations and property standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to develop and monitor budgets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regional real‑estate market trends.
