Regional Property Manager

About the role

Greystar Seattle is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties within a designated region. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction across multiple communities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio and individual communities meet operational, financial, and business performance goals through inspections, report reviews, and action plans.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support services to improve asset and team performance.
• Implement local and national operational initiatives and champion change across properties.
• Oversee and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, address concerns promptly, and implement retention programs to minimize turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and maintain optimal occupancy rates.
• Oversee maintenance and other operational functions to ensure property standards are upheld.
