Recruiting Lead – Build AI‑Driven Hiring Machine

About the role

Klarity is looking for a Recruiting Lead to design and operate an AI‑powered hiring engine that attracts the top 1% of AI talent. You will shape the recruiting infrastructure, AI workflows, and talent narrative that powers products used by industry leaders such as OpenAI, Stripe, Uber, and DoorDash.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end recruiting systems that leverage AI for sourcing, screening, and assessment.
• Build and iterate AI prompt pipelines, advancing internal screening from version 9 to version 50.
• Create a high‑signal talent narrative and employer brand that resonates with elite AI professionals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to align hiring goals with company milestones.
• Measure and optimize recruiting outcomes, ensuring each hire materially increases collective capability.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building recruiting processes from scratch, preferably in fast‑moving AI or tech startups.
• Deep familiarity with AI‑native workflows and a personal history of achieving 200‑300% efficiency gains using AI tools.
• Comfort operating in a high‑intensity, mission‑driven environment without traditional HR bureaucracy.
• Strong bias for action, data‑driven decision making, and relentless focus on outcomes.
