Full‑cycle Recruiter

About the role

Binti is seeking a full‑cycle Recruiter to help scale its mission‑driven team. You will partner with the executive team and hiring managers to attract diverse, high‑performing talent for a fast‑growing software company focused on social services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process across all functions, from intake and job description creation to candidate onsites, offer development, and closing.
• Source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates using outbound outreach and AI‑enabled tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on interview, assessment, equitable hiring, and compensation discussions.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, efficient scheduling, and advocacy of Binti’s values.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to continuously improve the hiring motion.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly in a high‑throughput environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
