Recruiter – South Boston, MA

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in South Boston. You will manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for industrial, warehouse and manufacturing positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System (Fieldglass/Beeline).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency and high energy.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS and VMS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, or Fieldglass.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
