Recruiter – Remote Full‑Time Position

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join its remote team. You will act as the main liaison between US‑based clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth matchmaking process and high‑quality candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and manage scheduling.
• Request and verify documentation required by clients.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles, match them to client needs, and send matches via Zendesk.
• Maintain and update candidate and job data in Workday and internal databases.
• Engage candidates throughout the process, coordinate multi‑candidate interviews, and follow up on assessments.
• Attend daily and weekly team meetings and verify candidate start dates for handoff to account managers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Client‑facing and candidate‑facing experience.
• Strong organizational, detail‑orientation, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Tech‑savvy with quick learning of new systems.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and data‑driven mindset.
