Recruiter – Onsite In-House Temp

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Orlando team on an onsite, in‑house temporary basis. You will manage the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance, for high‑volume industrial/warehouse roles.
• Source passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a fair, consistent selection process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline metrics within Bullhorn.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strong time‑management, adaptability, and communication skills.
