Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

Rad AI is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent across engineering, product, customer success, operations and other critical functions, helping the company advance its AI‑driven healthcare mission.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit for a variety of roles across engineering, product, customer success, operations and additional functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer extension.
• Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑cycle recruiter supporting multiple business functions.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
