Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Hybrid)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across the United States, Canada, and occasionally the Caribbean. The role blends sourcing, candidate engagement, and employer branding in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for blue‑collar and professional positions across multiple regions.
• Source, pre‑screen, coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish.
• Create tailored job advertisements for social media and niche job boards to attract diverse talent.
• Research and test new sourcing tools and platforms with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization through engaging content and community participation.
• Participate in strategic recruitment initiatives and process‑improvement projects.
• Leverage data insights and heat‑map reports to refine recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies for challenging searches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiter‑type activities such as screening and interview coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort handling urgent, short‑term coverage needs.
• Familiarity with recruiting practices in Canada.
