About the role

Greystar is seeking a Real Estate Associate to support the execution of strategies and programs that enhance the financial and operational performance of its Real Estate Services groups. The role involves gathering and analyzing market, client, and portfolio data to identify improvement opportunities and to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze financial, market, and portfolio data to evaluate performance against budgets, targets, and client expectations.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Lead or participate in project teams focused on process improvements, revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Provide support to property managers and business leaders by answering queries, gathering data, and resolving operational issues.
• Assist new business development and acquisition efforts by supplying data for RFPs, attending client meetings, and creating presentation materials.
• Support the rollout of new applications, programs, and innovative practices that drive revenue and client satisfaction.
• Complete various financial, accounting, and administrative reports and analyses as required.
