QA/QC Manager II

About the role

This position leads the implementation and management of Bureau Veritas Primary Integration's Quality Control Program on hyperscale data‑center construction sites. The QA/QC Manager works closely with MEP trade professionals, general contractors and owner QA/QC leadership to foster a strong quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site QA/QC for assigned construction projects, including witnessing and reviewing inspections.
• Ensure contractors comply with contractual and owner quality requirements and relevant codes.
• Coordinate quality issues among design, construction and facility operations teams.
• Provide training on quality procedures and oversee issue resolution in client software.
• Attend and actively participate in construction meetings and produce accurate documentation using BIM360, Compass, CX Alloy and other client tools.
• Prepare non‑conformance reports, develop corrective actions and support close‑out documentation.
• Travel up to 70% of the time, rotating between project sites and home.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications.
• Ability to read, interpret and write technical documents, reports and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb, stand for long periods and work in noisy, high‑heat or elevated environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Deltek and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using BIM360, Compass and CX Alloy for inspection reporting.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical testing equipment applicable to data‑center construction.
