Proposal Subcontracts Lead

About the role

Moog is seeking a Proposal Subcontracts Lead to support cost proposals for government and commercial customers. The role works under limited supervision, coordinating subcontract data, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations, and preparing for audits and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain subcontract data supporting high‑value proposals.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, TINA, and Cost Accounting Standards.
• Support audit readiness and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with Cost Engineering and Supply Chain teams to align material strategies.
• Identify process improvements and maintain accurate records for proposal and audit use.
• Travel to customer sites and Moog locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in supply chain, cost engineering, material estimating or related disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR, DFARS, TINA and Cost Accounting Standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle moderately complex projects.
