Property Management Hiring Event – Multiple Roles

About the role

Greystar is hosting a hiring event in San Diego to fill multiple property‑management positions, including Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians. Candidates will interview on‑site and may be considered for full‑time roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities such as prospect qualification, tours, application processing, credit and background checks, lease preparation and move‑in coordination.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Monitor market conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and execute resident‑referral and employer‑outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data and generate reports.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone or mail to secure lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns and coordinating with appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Valid state licenses or certifications as required and a driver’s license for operating a golf cart.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays, with occasional travel to other properties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management platforms such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.
