About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead vertical‑structure projects for our Program Management department in the Southwest Region of Texas. The role serves as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and external consultants throughout project execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and present a Project Execution Plan (PEP) outlining team organization, schedule, manpower estimates, and kickoff meeting.
- Act as the company representative with clients, sub‑consultants, and contractors during all phases of execution.
- Maintain daily contact with field personnel, conduct quality‑control reviews, and ensure proper documentation for project closure.
- Monitor project progress, address technical and scheduling issues, and prepare monthly progress and revenue reports.
- Manage project control documents, master budgets, schedules, RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and submittals.
- Review and approve schedules of values, payment applications, and change‑order requests on behalf of the owner/client.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 7–10 years of experience managing vertical‑structure construction projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a Project Management Information System (PMIS) and other project‑management software.
