Project Manager – Commercial HVAC Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC projects from concept through completion. This permanent position offers the chance to work on high‑impact construction initiatives within a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of HVAC projects, including design, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring clear role definition and performance.
• Monitor daily progress, adjust plans to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain quality standards and proper construction techniques.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status, estimates, and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts, secure permits, and manage licensing.
• Identify, analyze, and communicate project risks.
• Enforce safety codes to maintain a secure work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience on commercial HVAC projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC construction and commercial ductwork installation.
• Proven track record of delivering HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership, conflict‑resolution, and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards of practice, and safety regulations.
