Programme Management Intern

About the role

The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund’s Office of Investment Management is seeking a Programme Management Intern to support its Enterprise Programme & Vendor Management unit. The role will help strengthen the Enterprise Vendor Management framework and provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update Enterprise Vendor Management SOPs and templates.
• Assist in processing and documenting financial requests, including invoices, budgets, purchase orders and reconciliation tasks.
• Analyze existing manual vendor, contract and procurement processes and propose automated solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Power Automate and ServiceNow.
• Support the creation of business‑intelligence reports and functional dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Recommend improvements to the SharePoint site structure and assist with data migration from legacy sites.
• Update the team’s intranet page to enhance communication of roles and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate programme, or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interest in programme and vendor management within a large investment organization.
