Program Management Manager – U.S. Consumer Acquisition & Engagement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Program Management Manager to lead its U.S. Consumer Acquisition and Engagement (CAE) initiatives. You will own the design, implementation, and operation of loyalty and card‑linked offers programs, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead client loyalty programs, including strategic planning, campaign design, P&L forecasting, and relationship management.
• Serve as the primary Mastercard contact for Rewards and Cardlinked Offers, overseeing cross‑functional execution and issue escalation.
• Provide thought leadership, strategic direction, and product backlog prioritization in partnership with clients.
• Monitor program KPIs, prepare quarterly business reviews, and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Support end‑to‑end program delivery: design, revenue attainment, user experience, customer service, logistics, reporting, and analytics.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure performance and uncover new revenue streams.
• Assist with financial planning and budgeting for a portfolio of accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing loyalty, rewards, or card‑linked offers programs.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building trusted advisor relationships.
• Ability to translate client pain points into strategic solutions and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for QBRs and stakeholder updates.
