About the role

The Production Resource works at Ocean Spray’s Food Manufacturing Facility in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. This full‑time position focuses on learning and operating production equipment, supporting sanitation processes, and ensuring safe, efficient product handling on a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop basic competencies on production equipment within a reasonable time frame.
• Acquire knowledge of the plant’s sanitation system and foamers.
• Stage barrels, lids, liners, and rims on the drum‑fill line and assist with drumming‑off finished product.
• Adhere to all plant safety, GMPs, and operating guidelines.
• Learn additional plant equipment operations to provide relief for designated tasks.
• Perform responsibilities for a 12‑hour shift and assist on other shifts as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information one‑on‑one and in small groups.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic using units, weight, volume, and distance.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions using common sense.
• Ability to solve problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
