Maintenance Technician – 12‑hr Rotating Shift

About the role

Ocean Spray is hiring a Maintenance Technician for its Wisconsin Rapids processing plant, a 295,000‑sq‑ft facility that produces sweetened dried cranberries (Craisins). The role works a 12‑hour rotating shift from 4 pm to 4 am with rotating weekends off, and offers a starting pay of $33.28 per hour plus a $1.25 shift differential. This is a year‑round, indoor, full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex equipment, read and interpret manuals and work orders, and perform diagnostic procedures.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, including safety checks and scheduled PM/CM.
• Prioritize work orders, respond to equipment process concerns, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Participate in daily maintenance projects, preparatory meetings for overhauls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance activities within the team.
• Applies total quality management principles to preventive maintenance and repair work.

Required skills

• Troubleshooting complex equipment.
• Reading and interpreting manuals and work orders.
• Performing preventative maintenance and diagnostic procedures.
