Entry-Level Production Resources Technician – Day & Night Shifts

About the role

Ocean Spray is hiring entry‑level Production Resources Technicians for both day and night shifts at its Wisconsin Rapids plant. The role offers a starting wage of $22.50 per hour (with a $1.25 differential for night work) and a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule, providing every other weekend off.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the facility and equipment, including hosing floors and sweeping spills.
• Screen final product for foreign material and create required documentation.
• Operate extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment.
• Perform quality tests on finished goods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read, write simple instructions and perform basic math operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts and assist on other shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Operation of extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging machinery.
