Product Manager - Vault CRM Suite

This role lets you build on market leadership while driving the next wave of AI‑driven innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, and delivery.
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies into clear product requirements.
• Drive ideation and development of new AI features within the core commercial software.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA teams to create detailed product specifications.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in daily stand‑ups to ensure smooth execution and timely releases.
• Present roadmaps and demo cutting‑edge features to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a product evangelist and subject‑matter expert across consulting, services, and support.
• Guide features from concept through release, ensuring quality, scale adoption, and user delight.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product management experience for a software company.
• Experience obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback and turning it into cohesive designs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with curiosity to uncover the “why”.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, and independent, willing to go the extra mile.
• Demonstrated ability to write requirement specifications, manage backlogs, and lead engineering and QA in an agile environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.
• Background in software development or computer science.
• Familiarity with the life sciences commercial, medical, or field teams.
