Product Manager – Vault CRM Suite

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Manager to lead the next generation of its Vault CRM Suite, an industry‑leading, AI‑powered CRM platform for life‑science companies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and pitching through design, development, testing and market launch of new features.
• Translate market trends, customer insights and emerging technologies into clear, actionable product requirements that anticipate future needs.
• Drive the creation of AI‑enabled capabilities, such as conversational agents and recommendation engines, working closely with UX, architecture, development and QA teams.
• Lead daily stand‑ups and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution, timely releases and high‑quality deliverables.
• Present roadmaps and demo cutting‑edge features to customers and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback to shape product direction.
• Act as a product evangelist and subject‑matter expert across solutions consulting, services and support functions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product management experience in a software or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback, define requirements and manage backlogs in an agile setting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and capable of working independently while driving product and customer success.

Required skills

• Experience designing and delivering AI‑driven features such as conversational agents, recommendation engines or large language models.
• Familiarity with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions and exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.
• Background in software development or computer science is a plus.
