Product Expert – Link Key People

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Expert to act as the bridge between software development teams, internal stakeholders, and customers. You will combine deep life‑sciences domain knowledge with technical mastery of Veeva’s SaaS platforms to influence the product roadmap and educate the market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert at industry events, user groups, webinars, and create educational content, release notes, and product demos.
• Gather, synthesize, and prioritize product feedback from end‑users and client executives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements, shaping the roadmap.
• Provide advanced product support and enablement to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing technology role such as SaaS consulting, product training, or product marketing.
• Hands‑on experience administering, configuring, or implementing enterprise‑grade SaaS platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proven track record launching software features, leading customer workshops, or managing user communities.
