Procurement Manager – Indirect Spend

About the role

Louis Vuitton Americas is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead tactical and strategic procurement for a range of indirect categories, including retail operations, facilities, events, travel, corporate services and visual merchandising. The role will drive cost avoidance and savings while ensuring compliance with LVMH standards across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement and category management for indirect spend categories, adhering to company policies.
• Manage RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, vendor selection and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategic projects to optimise spend and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor procurement performance.
• Leverage spend analytics and market data to recommend consolidation and process improvements.
• Provide operational support to departments, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a management or category‑lead role.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑site procurement operations and deliver measurable cost savings.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills.
