Processing Manager

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a Processing Manager to lead daily hand‑trim and machine‑trim operations at its Brookville facility. You will ensure product quality, maintain throughput, and coordinate with harvest, drying, curing, and packaging teams to support a seamless production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hand‑trim and machine‑trim activities, guaranteeing consistent quality and throughput.
• Maintain machine settings, maintenance schedules, and production parameters aligned with product specifications.
• Synchronize trimming operations with harvest, drying, curing, and packaging timelines.
• Manage multi‑shift teams, assigning leads or supervisors for each shift.
• Provide training, set performance expectations, and handle attendance and productivity metrics.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, high‑accountability work environment.
• Maintain batch tracking, chain‑of‑custody records, and production documentation in compliance with SOPs and state regulations.
• Conduct real‑time quality checks and address any deviations promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing trim operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple shifts and teams.
• Excellent communication for shift‑to‑shift handoffs and documentation.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with both hand‑trim and machine‑trim processes.
