Edibles Kitchen Production Agent

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Kitchen Production Agent to support the daily manufacturing of cannabis‑infused food products. Working under the Kitchen and Packaging Supervisors, you will help ensure that all edibles are produced, labeled, and packaged in compliance with state regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with preparation, cooking, cleaning, labeling, and wrapping of infused edibles.
• Operate basic production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow batch production orders and standard operating procedures to maintain potency and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that could affect product quality.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm on‑site.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve production efficiency.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

Required skills

• Food safety and sanitation training.
• Operation of commercial kitchen equipment and packaging machinery.
• Basic labeling and packaging techniques.
