About the role
The Processing Agent works the second shift to handle harvested cannabis flower material. This position ensures that all product is prepared, weighed, logged, and stored according to strict quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process harvested flower material, including grating and sorting.
- Weigh and log each batch accurately.
- Collect samples and perform quality‑control tests.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Safely transport processed product to storage areas.
- Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in food production or a similar manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
- Effective time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Required skills
- Precision in measuring, packaging, and labeling.
- Ability to operate basic processing equipment.
- Knowledge of sanitation and PPE protocols.
- Basic record‑keeping and data logging.
