Process Engineer – Supply Chain

About the role

Walmart is seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement across its Distribution Center operations. You will apply proven methodologies to eliminate waste, improve performance, and support the Walmart Performance System (WPS).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the application of 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and time‑and‑motion studies to reduce loss and variation.
• Analyze KPIs, conduct loss‑profile assessments, and develop standard work to ensure operational consistency.
• Partner with Area and Department Managers to guide and execute improvement initiatives aligned with WPS expectations.
• Support the rollout of Network One Best Way playbooks and contribute to divisional improvement teams.
• Manage top‑loss projects, track progress, and build improvement capability among leaders and associates.
• Promote Walmart’s values, policies, and ethical standards in all activities.
