Process Engineer – Manufacturing (Medical Devices)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to design and validate manufacturing processes for medical devices, with a particular focus on welding operations. The role supports the introduction of new products into production and collaborates closely with internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and validate manufacturing processes, especially welding processes, for medical devices.
• Support the launch of new products into the production environment.
• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding process performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments such as R&D, quality, and production.
• Apply Lean tools and methodologies to improve process efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or final stage of such studies.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience in process design and validation.
• Knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of welding processes.
• Basic programming skills.
• Basic knowledge of materials science.
