Private Wealth Management Associate

About the role

The Private Wealth Management Associate provides premium service to high‑net‑worth clients while supporting Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors on a daily basis. This senior‑level position focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience through relationship building, digital marketing, and financial planning support.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients, internal partners, and external business contacts.
• Support advisors in client meetings, preparation of proposals, and follow‑up tracking.
• Execute backup client‑service tasks such as money movements, order entry, and answering non‑investment inquiries.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital and in‑person marketing initiatives, including webinars, seminars, social media, and email campaigns.
• Prepare and review client reports, financial plans, and research using firm‑approved systems.
• Participate in client meetings to represent the service perspective and contribute to firm‑wide initiatives and special projects.
