Principal Applications Integration Engineer

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Applications Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect a variety of software applications and systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions, including APIs, middleware, and data pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for integration projects, collaborating with developers, business analysts, and IT staff.
• Manage integration projects from planning to delivery, keeping them on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high‑quality, defect‑free integrations.
• Create and maintain documentation, train staff, and monitor solutions for performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with integration technologies (APIs, ESB, ETL, middleware) and enterprise applications.
• Proven expertise integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Salesforce.com, and leading integration platforms such as Dell Boomi and Workato.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

What we offer

• Base salary range $105,000 – $169,050 annually.
