Pricing Manager

About the role

Responsible for setting strategy and executing Carotek’s pricing model, providing guidance to managers and cross‑functional teams to align pricing strategy with the enterprise‑wide system and optimize gross margin.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop company pricing strategy with Small Business Unit leadership to meet yearly gross profit objectives.
• Develop pricing processes, metrics and models to improve pricing effectiveness and gross margin.
• Partner with business unit leaders and cross‑functional teams to align sales and pricing strategy.
• Authorize and implement matrix pricing records, updates, and overrides.
• Evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness, identify gaps, and reduce overrides.
• Research and analyze market‑based pricing to support strategy.
• Train sales teams on pricing strategies and present margin improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field with strong analytical background.
• At least two years of experience in pricing and sales analytics, preferably leading a team in a distribution environment.
• Experience managing pricing across multiple channels and locations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to derive insights from data.
• Understanding of lead‑to‑order processes, CPQ, and order management.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional management and developing business plans.
