Practice Manager – RTSM Technical Design

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking an RTSM Manager, Technical Design to lead a technical team that designs, codes, and delivers Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) solutions. The role combines people leadership with deep technical expertise to drive fast, high‑quality outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10+ consultants.
• Advise on coding best practices, code libraries, standardization, and efficient program execution.
• Ensure quality and speedy delivery of RTSM projects.
• Project‑manage multiple key initiatives.
• Support team members and customers on calls and meetings as needed.
• Drive scalable processes and product improvements.
• Recruit and hire top talent for the Veeva RTSM team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of individual contributors.
• 5+ years in technical design of systems.
• 5+ years of coding and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
