Portfolio Finance Lead

About the role

The Portfolio Finance Lead partners with product line teams to drive financial performance, provide insight for strategic decisions, and support margin improvement across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner for assigned product line(s), attending staff, business, and technical reviews with marketing and engineering.
• Lead the Product Line SR/QRAM process, ensuring roadmap investment is identified and communicated at business reviews.
• Present product line financial results at Quarterly Business Reviews and model P&L scenarios for changing business conditions.
• Drive GM Taskforce (GMLT) efforts, facilitating margin‑improvement reviews for established and NPI products.
• Conduct competitor, customer, and supplier financial analysis to guide management decisions.
• Manage special projects assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business analytics (MBA a plus).
• 4‑7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a large international manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with enthusiasm to learn about the business and technologies.
• Experience with enterprise‑level financial systems (SAP/BPC preferred) and advanced MS Office proficiency.
