Porter / Groundskeeper

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Porter / Groundskeeper to keep our Bexley at Left Bank community in Fort Worth clean, attractive and welcoming. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and offers a competitive hourly rate with performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash, litter and pet waste throughout the property.
• Maintain common‑area cleanliness, including sweeping, pressure‑washing and seasonal landscaping tasks.
• Assist with light painting, minor repairs and housekeeping duties as needed.
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers and golf carts safely.
• Support the maintenance and leasing teams by reporting issues promptly.

Required profile

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Detail‑oriented and willing to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude, team player and pride in maintaining property appearance.
• Willingness to learn and potentially grow into a maintenance technician role.

Required skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform prolonged standing, walking and bending.
• Basic operation of hand tools, backpack blowers, power washers and golf carts.
